When life throws a curve ball ...

It works without problems, when all together in a life that throws a curve ball. There are moments when everything goes his way and then the unexpected happens. A job is lost, a relationship ends, a friend betrays you. How you respond makes the ball curve the difference. This is where your strength of character and positive outlook, you move forward. When things happen, it is important to embrace your feelings, have a pity party if you rely on your support group and howgoing. You can learn from these situations, so that we can bring this insight into situations in the future? If this is difficult for them, then life can throw curve balls like this until you get "It". It 'good to feel upset, betrayed, angry or confused, but follow these feelings a bit' deeper. What can take the responsibility? What did you contribute to the result? Try to walk a little 'higher and held the belief that things happen for a reason. Maybe there is something better, somethingbigger, something more satisfying, I expect. On the other hand, maybe things happen in the event of interest and we have no control over it. Take responsibility if you can and be prepared to accept that there is a reason things happen that you can never understand.

ADVICE OF ACTION FOR THE WEEK:

1. Past Review

There are similar experiences, which appear in your life? Examine the past, there is a pattern that has developed? If so recognize thatcommon denominator is you. What can take the responsibility, so do not continue. Make a list of what comes to mind.

2. Out of the blue Curveball

If something really strange has happened, do not do what you mean? Try it by ignoring, or we must embrace for what is honest and head. Note that only get you so far away. A commitment this week to look at the unexpected face and what you can learnit.

3. Rely on others

Some of us have trouble asking for help in times of need, it is OK to rely on others for their support, advice and a shoulder warm. These structures support and help you get the light at the end of the tunnel.

Have a great week!
Leslie
